Terms of Use

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Arcana Desk is a tarot, astrology and numerology app made by Tiny Objects. By using the app you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use it.

What Arcana is, and is not

Arcana draws cards, calculates astrological charts from a birth date, time and place, and works out numbers from a name and a birth date. It writes about what those things traditionally mean.

It is for reflection and entertainment. Nothing in it is a fact about your future or about anybody else's.

It is not advice. Not medical, not psychological, not legal, not financial. If something in your life needs one of those, ask a person who is qualified to give it. Never delay or ignore professional help because of something you read here.

No decision you make is our responsibility. You are the one who decides.

Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms with you.

Your account and what you put in

You can use most of the app without an account. With one, your library follows you between devices.

You are responsible for what you write and for keeping your sign-in safe. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything belonging to somebody else that you have no right to use.

About other people. The app lets you add friends and family, with their birth details, to read a connection. Add someone only if it is reasonable for you to hold that information. Do not share a reading about someone in a way that would embarrass or expose them.

Subscriptions

Mystic is a paid subscription, monthly or yearly. The price is shown by the App Store at the moment of purchase, in your own currency.

of the current period.

period.

Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple's policy. We cannot issue them.

If a subscription lapses, your writing and your history stay. Only the paid features stop.

The AI readings

Some readings are written by an AI model, run by a subcontractor on our behalf. Two consequences worth stating plainly:

The output is generated, not retrieved. It can be wrong, repetitive, or odd. Read it as writing, not as a record.

There is a daily limit, so that one person cannot exhaust the service for everybody. The limit can change.

What belongs to whom

The app, its text, its drawings and its name belong to Tiny Objects. The tarot images in the default deck are the Rider-Waite-Smith deck, which is in the public domain.

What you write is yours. Your notes, your questions, your photographs. We store them so the app works and so your library survives a lost phone. We do not sell them and we do not train models on them.

If you photograph your own deck, those photographs are yours and stay on your device and in your account.

Ending it

You can delete your account inside the app, under Settings, Account. Everything goes with it.

We can suspend an account that is being used to break these terms, or to harm somebody.

The boring but necessary part

The app is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or free of error.

To the extent the law allows, Tiny Objects is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change matters, the app will say so.

Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without removing any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
